Documents and proposals submitted to administrative, legislative or judiciary processing run a workflow of phases and decisions according to each process type. A monitoring system based on interactive flow construction and type instantiation, garantees the rules of orders and high quality principles on handling processes. New development tools, formalized knowledge application and graphic interactive user interfaces make it possible. Workflows, for the variety of processes, are intuitively generated and continuously updated on demand. User decision moves the process from phase to phase. Current data is available at www.cmv.org.br. The solution has been running for 18 months in the City Council of Vitoria, state capital of Espírito Santo; and in the House of Representatives of Bahia for 6 months now, in the state capital, Salvador, both in Brazil.
